The Scoop on Peanuts

Daylight. My camera rarely sees it. If nothing else it is excellent for showing me just how much dust there is on the sensor of my camera. We headed west on this rare pre-sunset occasion to a area of SE Queensland that I spent much of my childhood, The Darling Downs.

More Adventures at High Speed

Over a year ago now I constructed a sound activated flash trigger and had some success using it to capture water balloon bursts. The circuit has been dug out, but this time I had help in the form of more flashes and manpower!

Through shady sources (thanks Nan) we where granted access to a shipping yard which specialises in very large machinery. I am told this is actually where the big borers for the cross river tunnel where imported.
